Took 2 hours for an oil change and alignment. Waited 30 minutes after car was finished just for them to check me out. Never going back.
What a great experience! Went in for a free tire rotation and found out I needed a new hub bearing... needless to say it wasn’t cheap, BUT Andrew, Mike and the rest of the team here, took care of me as best they could on the price AND more importantly got the job done ASAP. I literally waited a few hours and the job was DONE!! Very happy and would highly recommend taking your car here for any repairs! Thanks guys!
AVOID THIS LOCATION... Brought car in for the third time for the sensors not working correctly. I called the sensor manufacturer about the issue, and they provided their direct line for the TK tech to call while the car was in the bay to resolve the issue. The TK store clerk called and said the sensors needed to be "re-learned" and they want to charge $187. I again mentioned calling the Tech Department to get the issue resolved, but he refused.
Tried to tell me that needed to charge me for overlapping labor. They are already removing the brake pads and charging $125 for labor and I understand that but then want to charge me another half hour of labor for $60 to remove the wear sensor this is being removed anyway with the pads already. Not a good way to do business, if somebody didn’t know how the system works you’re making extra money for NO REASON.

Refused to do the exact same oil change they had done before to try to force me to pay for the higher oil. Zero stars.
Takes way too long to get tires. I watched one guy work three cars...slowly.
RecommendedLast minute nails in the tire have become the usual for me and Andrew Johnson was awesome today and fit me into their busy schedule without a reservation.
This place sucks. Workers lack professionalism. Waited nearly 5 hours at this place. Not sure how this place remain in business. No customer service whatsoever!
