I got a flat tire nearby and they went out of their way, right before closing time, to help me get my spare on so I could get to their garage. They patched up my tire and made sure the rest of my tires were ok. I’m so impressed by and thankful for these guys and will be sure to go back.
Needed an ATV tire mounted on the rim and the guys here were very helpful. Had it mounted fast and for a price that was very reasonable.
Bad service! Went to have oil changed in our car and they put the car on the lift wrong and damage the trim panel in front of the door. The service manager told me that they didn’t do it because his techs would have told him if they did. Also he said he didn’t see anything wrong with it. I’m handling the situation through the corporate office now to resolve the issue. Bad customer service wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this place. There are too many options around town. No need to settle for poor service.
I've used Tire Discounters religiously over the past few years. They have completely lost my faith in providing basic car care. Several days before leaving for vacation, we had an oil change , tire rotation and general check of our car. Had a flat in FL and noticed the inside of two tire had exposed belts. Tire Discounters put my Family at risk due to inexcusable negligence. Thank God we weren't involved in an accident. Tire Discounters....I will NEVER trust you with my car again! Wish I could give you a 0.
Worst customer experience! I had an appt & after waiting for over an hour, they still couldn’t get me in. Chris hardly acknowledged me when I came in & was not interested in servicing the customer. When I left I realized Chatt now has a Discount Tire & went to them. My family has used Discount Tire for years & they fixed my tire for free.
Excellent customer service!! Very friendly and personable employees!! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family for business! Keep up the great work guys!!
