A family member had a horrible experience at this location. The salesperson was dishonest and the service people were sloppy.When we tried to make it right, all we got were more lies and rudeness. I hope no one ever treats one of your own the way one of mine was treated here. People are out here just trying to make ends meet and for this company to be as deceitful as it was is pure thievery. Was shopping at the store across the street. 3 boys came out to gang up on me because my cart hit the curb as I was loading my 2 kids and all kinds of Christmas presents into my car. Poor management. They are good at fixing one tire. Just don’t get four. That will take them 4 hrs. With an appointment. They seem to get worse every year. Guess I need to take my 6 vehicles to another local business. Thank you

Worse experience I’ve ever had. Was called a liar and fishing for free service because they screwed something up. I even spoke to the manager. He shouldn’t be in management. I told him I would pay for the services regardless. But he didn’t want a bad review on google so he would take care of it also said he would replace the destroyed rim.. well he didn’t and now my rim is destroyed they just thru a spare on. Would never go back.

RecommendedBought brand new tires a month ago. Stopped in this morning for an extremely low tire which was found to have an Allen wrench sticking out of it. Nick immediately got me in, fixed my tire right away, and had me back on my way. Thank you so much!!!!
I have a signed contract that they would repair their screw up from this summer when they forgot to fix chamber kit that they forgot to do on 05/26/21. Went in to get two more tires and have it done, the manager on duty said he knew the hand writing on the contract ,but would not honor the signed contract and made me wait for hours. Never give them your businesd. Thanks for all the help Brenden. Horrible business pratice, total crooks.
