Not reliable service. Went for oil change and appears they didn’t check air filter. If they did they left leaves and twigs. Didn’t top off washer fluid.

Just look at my wife’s post. I myself am a repairman, one who strives for perfection and takes satisfaction in a job well done, and places like Tire Discounters are the reason people look down on the profession. There is no level of accountability or responsibility and they do not stand behind their work. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to have their car worked on here since I believe it would be unnecessarily cruel.
On November 6, 2018 I had my 2011 Mini Cooper repaired by the Tire Discounters location on S Church Street in Murfreesboro, TN. The thermostat had gone bad in the engine, and I provided the part. My car was not fixed and I had to take it someone else ! The Clerk keep calling me sweetie! I am 62 years old and not his sweetie! I am not done reporting them to bbb! The police also came to talk yo them about some service they had done! Very unprofessional ! The guy Taylor even said bye Sweetie left! The people that fixed my car said bolts were put on wrong side! So many things had been left undone! Scary when it’s your car!
