The young lady at the front desk is very helpful & is very educated on tires. She is definitely a "people person" & made sure you didn't feel rushed to make a decision. However, when I got my car back, the person driving it was on his cell phone, which makes me think....was he talking on his cell phone while he was working on my vehicle too?? Was my car properly taken care of & did it have the employee's FULL ATTENTION?? Then there was a HUGE GREASE STAIN on the door (inside, where you close the door) from the driver's hand!... read more

I went in tonight because my check air light was on. They still had garage doors up and some were waiting on their cars It was 6:08. As I got out of the my Toyota 4 runner, the lady headed quickly to the door and locked it. One of the worst experiences. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go anywhere else. Was supposed to receive a phone call from a regional manager 3 weeks ago....still waiting for that call.

RecommendedTJ and Avery are AMAZING!! ✨I couldn't be happier with my experience this morning! They really go above and beyond. I called ahead to see if I could pop in for a new tire, but on my way there, it went completely flat, and I was stranded! Avery came out and filled it up with air and made sure I made it back to their store safely. And they had me set up with a new tire in less than a half hour! These are the best dudes around!! Awesome customer service and excellent prices! They have my business for life!! 💕💖

I just pulled in to the S Church St location with a screw in my tire. Of course it being a Saturday they are bz but Mr TJ dropped what he was doing and came right out and removed the screw which fortunately hadn't punctured the tire. My point is this, customer service is everything and he just proved that it still exists!! Thank you TJ u rock!!!
We were just outside of Murfreesboro when our tire went flat. We limped into this place and they immediately took a look at tire. It took less than 20 minutes and in the meantime we had an excellent conversation with someone (a disney loving manager?). This store was so kind and quick. A true example of Southern hospitality. We really can’t thank you enough for the excellent service! Thanks from Illinois!
