UPDATE - After having a bad experience and voicing my frustration I was contacted by regional management who seemed to have a sincere commitment to customer service. Raised the score to 3 stars because the customer service team and management did work to resolve my issue and they were expedient in doing so. Thanks. Would not recommend. Terrible experience. Too many others in the tire business that care about customer service.
Dropped my car off for new tires. Customer services was excellent. Staff was friendly and help me make the best decision for my car service needs.
I commute to work so I have to have oil change and tire rotation often. I used to go two places for this in order to get a good price on oil change. Now I can have both services done at the same place for the same low cost I was paying for the oil change. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I'll be back!
They’re always friendly here, and clean and tidy shop. Sometimes they are a little forgetful, but always correct the minor problems I’ve encountered. This is my 3rd visit for tire purchase, oil service and rotation and balancing. I’m a happy loyal customer.
Service time good for flat tire repair on a Saturday but Cost excessive at $30. Never paid more than $ 18'at Tire World.
