Had an appointment for rotate and balance - I was treated well and not too long of a wait - however while in the waiting room witnessed some poor customer service to another patron - after the customer left the three employees working inside began berating the customer loud enough for me and my daughter to hear every word - what did the customer do to deserve it? I had an appointment at 8 in the morning for tires. They didn't even open on time. After opening at 8:15 I was finally able to go in. 2 hours later I was leaving. Two hours for tires is a little excessive. Waste of time.

I have been in four times in the last week to have a flat fixed and each time i was told my car was fine or that it was fixed and have had the same tire flat the very next day iv had it flat for a week now filling it three times a day so i can continue to go to work but i expected it fixed the first time i walked in and i couldnt even have it fixed the fourth time.

I stopped by the new location in Murfreesboro to have a flat fixed. Not only did they fix the flat, I got a phone call from the manager the next day to make sure I was happy with the service!!! Oh, I failed to mention, he was following up on a service that he did for FREE!!!! I'll be replacing those tires soon. No doubt I will go to Tire Discounters!!!
