Very good service put new tires on my car they did a good job and got it done fast
These guys are AMAZING! When the Tire Discounters over on S Church St continued to piss me off time and time again I decided to come over to the Lascassas location. I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about these guys. Emmanuel and Mike are top notch! Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!!!
We are an automotive glass company excelling in quality work and customer service. I chose tire discounter to be our fleets service company and I have nothing but regret. This is multiple times I’ve dropped off a company vehicle for service only to have to come back after. This time, will be the last time. As I have decided to go to another service shop for our fleet. Disappointed in this chain who shares the industry with me and advise anyone looking for tires or service, go somewhere else.
I ordered 2 tires and was told my truck would be ready in 1 hour. I came back 45 mins later and they quickly drove my truck into a bay to START the work!! Two hours for 2 tires? I guess you can’t complain about the service when there isn’t any!!
I want to commend the people at Tire Discounters today for going above & beyond to help me when I blew 2 tires this morning near their Lascassas Pike location. They were patient with me while I had a quick panic attack, they communicated everything they could do to help and they later showed me what they did to fix everything that needed fixing. I appreciate the wonderful professional care I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a repair shop that cares or new set of tires.
Very pleased with my experience and the excellent service I received at Tires Discounters MTSU! Michael went above and beyond to give me excellent service and make me feel good about my tire purchase and scheduled maintenance on my truck. I got a Great deal and customer service was superb. It’s nice to have a community business that cares.

Mike, the General Manager, was great and took the time to make sure our brake job was done right even though it was closing time. He and his techs stayed 45 minutes past closing to repair my husband's truck brakes and change the tires on my car. Very courteous and professional. We will be taking all of our cars there for service.
