HORRIBLE customer service will never be back.
Over and hour to put on just one tire, when I was the only one and first one there. Not done timely at all. The last time I came they also took almost 2 hours to plug a tire when I was the first and only one there.

We take great pride in our tire care. Lifetime rotations and balancing are included with our standard tire installation, William. While it should be checked with the rotation when you check your truck in with the sales associate, please let them know that you would like tire both rotated and balanced. 500$ cash, 22 hrs on site, 6 hrs drive time ( 3 trips), 1 tire sensor, and on top of that a hammer drill and chisel was the tool of choice to remove a lug nut that was (stuck) on my rim. ALL this because I paid cash for 4 new tires this interaction was a joke. I was given a business card with a free oil change (hand written) given to me as a apologie. After having 1 rim replaced I am still left with almost 5 months that this car could only do 60 mph max with out shaking.
Lost my keys and then stated they count do an oil change in the hour they had until closing.
