Repair done timely. Part failed, now trying to resolve a warranty issue. No one, General Manager Mike or General Manager from Church St location, Adam, or Caleb Brown who is their boss has taken action to resolve. First repair almost $1400, then second repair almost $1000. Still waiting for reimbursement.

I'm giving one star so I can make the comment of this. This store sucks in so many ways. The workmanship and the customer service, everything!! the only good thing was the lady at the front desk trying to help. How much past eight hundred dollars do u have to spend to get treated with respect to be satisfied? to get good customer service or anything. Was very displeased with the whole experience. They will never receive my business again.

I went in to get a brake inspection. As each time I go to Tire Discounters I always get the most courteous attendant. Holly was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I love that they take you to show you the service needed. Great customer service each time I go.

Road hazard warranty is deceptive. 80k mile tire with only 10k miles on it had to pay 42% of the cost of a new tire. Time for a Better Business bureau complaint. By the way $30.00 to mount a tire? Really? Should have went to Discount Tire like i had been doing for years but at the time they didnt have the tires in stock that i wanted.

I hit a pothole in the parking lot across from Tire Discounters. It's on Lascassas Pike where Alll Things Possibe & Station Grill is. It ruined my tire. Tire Discounters got me in. They were very nice, great service & reasonable prices. I'm going to find out who owns that parking lot though
