I have always had amazing customer service at the Hendersonville location and the recent review on Hip Hendersonville from a member of that group should bring additional business. Discount Tire without a doubt sets the bar on how to provide amazing customer service.
I just read a post about a lady that only had money for one tire and the manager told her he couldn't let her leave with tires like that and replaced them all. IM SO HAPPY THAT YOU GUYS DID THIS!!!! YOU GUYS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE WE EVER GO FOR ANY TIRE NEEDS!!!! God bless this man and business!!!!!
This place is beyond amazing! Went in with barely enough for the tire that blew. They treated me with nothing but respect. Wes did something amazing for me that I will never forget! When I got my car I was told they had put 4 tires on! Wes wrote a note saying we care about your safety, Merry Christmas. I could do nothing but cry and cried my whole drive home. Made an appointment still took over an hour and an a half to rotate my tires???? Had two people walk in behind me and leave before me with no appointment. Get it together discount !!
Except that I had no appointment and I had to wait almost 3 hours to do a job that actually only took 15 minutes. It was good. I saw a sign that they are hiring. Maybe they need someone to just take care of those quick jobs. I understand I had no appointment and had to wait my turn, but geez.
