Very friendly, very clean. They always take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Service is fast and dependable. I would also like to add: as a female, taking a car to be serviced can sometimes be a nightmare. The employees at Discount Tire have always treated me with respect and dignity. I never feel they are trying to over charge me or sell me something I don't need, or take advantage of me in some way. There are very few repair shops I can say that about. For that, they will always have my business.

Got us in 15 minutes prior to close and treated us very well
I rolled by Friday afternoon....around 2:30. Place was packed and it was 95 degrees out. I wasn't in the mood to wait. The guy says, " if I can get you in and out in one hour, will you stay?" So I did. They patched my leak up FREE of charge mind you. And it took 1 hour. Now THAT is customer service.
I am so thankful for the guys who repaired my tire tonight. They stayed after hours to repair it. We always receive superior customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
