Best customer service and support around. You won't find kittens here, but they have great snacks.
Kyle and the guys are my angels. I got cheated on used tires by two other places but they've fixed me up. Sure do wish I had called y'all last week
We have had an awful experience after spending 377 dollars on 2 new tires yall broke one of my lug nut studs. Yall gave me a paper saying you would pay to have it fixed Christian brothers but Christian brothers was closed so I have to wait till Monday to have the stud fixed. While trying to go home 2 more lug nuts broke off causing my tire to flail around dangerously. I had tires that supposedly was to last at least 35k miles but ended up with only 20k, I got two new tires because of warranty I didn't know I had on them!! Love this place and the folks that work there!!!..#wal-martwho?
AMAZING!!! I called them by mistake but it worked out to be a great mistake. They answered all of my questions (all three calls) before I made the drive. I have a discount tire where I live but I'll be making the drive back to Hendersonville for future services! Thank you and Merry Christmas!!!

Excellent customer service! The staff is overly friendly, they get you in and out in no time, and offer free services. I had a family emergency I immediately needed to leave town for and they worked me in minutes before closing time. Three weeks later, I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it immediately with no charge. I can't recommend this place enough!
ALL of the staff at Discount Tire have been courteous and helpful, but a special THANK YOU goes out to Assistant Manager Chris who went out of his way to assist me in getting new tires for my 1967 Mustang done. He was patient, informative, and took time to explain the different kind and size options available. The tires he ordered came in quickly.
