I called- man said yes come in we can fix! He should have had the professional decency to tell me they were busy and it would be 2hours and 35 minutes for me to sit & wait there!!! Or suggest I make an appointment which I didn’t know you could do. When a text on phone read- my car was ready- I went to the desk and asked? They really took care of me. Great service!
I bought 2 tires... then came back to get the other set. They only had 1 tire in stock of that tire brand! (How does that happen?) ...so now I’m mixed matched.
No pressure sales. The sales person listened to my needs and kept me informed on the progress of my installation. The installer explained what he did, recommended rotations and told me how to submit my rebate.
