I bought 4 tires dec 12th 2016. We put 2800 miles on the tires and they were wore out. It took a simple phone call to them and they replaced them at NO charge to me. THANKS for standing behind your tires and great cust. service
Every time I come here I am always impressed by the incredible customer service this store provides. I brought my horse trailer up today to have tires looked at and not only did they repair the leaks but also hooked my trailer back up for me just to be nice! Thank you. During a busy day where every minute counts that was an especially kind gesture. Highly recommend. Thank you to Jacob who helped me today.

I Love you guys BUT! I get my Winter and Summer set up change over Twice a year. I was just there today, Friendly, Quick, and helpful as alway, now for the BUT, as always I ask " please make sure they reset the TPMS, and EVERYTIME, within 20 miles, on comes the light!! This time with my Wife going to pick up our Son..Of course she pulled off the road and called me, to see what was wrong. SIX total Swapovers, and SIX Trips back to reset the light. I had to get a new tire sensor for my car and the gentleman that helped me was so nice and got my car in fairly quickly. They ended up not having the sensor and I will have to go back this week but he will refund me some money for my inconvenience.
Great service! Extremely engaged in ensuring each customer is highly satisfied! Everyone worked together as a team to help every customer get back out on the road!! I won't buy my tires anywhere else!!!!
So I wanted an opinion about my tires and not a salesman so I had someone recommend Discount Tire in Olathe. The guys treated me like a "customer" gave me what I wanted which was an opinion. They were honest and recommended that I did not at the moment need new tires but this winter to come back and see them. They took out a nail, balanced, and rotated my tires and didn't charge me a dime. I am a little blown away by the fast and amazing customer service shown by these guys.
