RecommendedGot tires at Discount Tire (20050 W 153rd St, Olathe, KS) this morning. It was the best tire buying experience I have ever had. I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment. They had a sign in front of my bay and came out and guided me into the bay. Two guys started working on the tires as soon as I got out of the van. It was all done in about 12 minutes. Will definitely remember them next time I need tires.
Amazing customer service! The guys are patient, polite, quick and knowledgable. Even without an appointment they have us in and out fast. Their tire insurance has saved us hundreds in repairs and replacement tires! And with any weather change I do the FREE tire pressure check. My family and I will never get tires anywhere else. 😁😁😁

In for 4 new tires, done in less then 45mins! Friendly service and become my favorite place. $200 cheaper then quote from dealership for exact same tires too. A+ !
Classic bait and switch! Ordered a set of 4 Cooper A/TW tires to replace a set of the same. They stated they would be in the next day. I arrived for my appointment only to find they ordered in 4 Falken A/T3W tires. Not even close. Said they would order in the correct tires and they would be here in 4 days. I have no confidence they would be right then. I got the impression they trying to sell what they have too many of and use a bait and switch to put you in a bind on a holiday weekend. my husband and I come here for all of our tire needs. great quality work done quickly with amazing customer service and positive atmosphere (someone in the shop was singing, very beautifully) I always recommend to everyone I know!
They are fast and friendly too. I highly recommend them.
