These guys are great! I bought new tires a few months ago and enjoy the free rotation and air checks, but that's not unusual. What impressed me was how easy it was to use my road hazard warranty when one of my tires was ruined on a loose chunk of asphalt. When Discount Tire Olathe didn't have my exact tire, they proactively suggested putting on a loaner tire until my tire was delivered. Hit something in the road and had a tire issue after it's encounter. Went to my regular mechanic for the tire repairs and they were booked solid for today. Went down the road to Discount Tires and was met outside immediately by the manager asking how they could help me today. I was able to get the tire fixed within the hour and at no cost, which is their typical cost for anyone needing a tire fixed. This action by Discount Tire made my day and my next purchase for tires will be with Discount Tire!
Discount tire is awesome. Went in to have a tire mounted about a month ago and got sold on a free tire repair or replacement deal. Never would I have thought I was actually going to use this. Well today I went out to my car and saw my tire low. Tossed on the spare and ran down to Discount as soon as I could. They got me in super quick which was awesome and the whole process was very simple. I can say I'm so happy I got sold on that tire package.
My tire was flat and starting to fall apart. The manager came to me and put on my spare. So impressed. Can't say enough great things.
Found out about these guys when my wife had a tire emergency. They fixed her up and sent her on her way...without charging her. I returned to get all four tires and my spare taken care of. I had three kids in tow, which always makes things more eventful. Ryan brought out my two boys coloring books and a box of crayons. The wait was hardly a wait, was in and out in thirty minutes. Free flat repair?! I was basically trying to throw money at them and they wouldn't take it! Always better deals on tires and great customer service.
