They said they fixed my tire but didn’t do anything. I came to them with a nail in my tire. I got back in my car with my tire sensor still on. Which I thought was weird they didn’t air my tire back up after “fixing” it. So I drove across the street and had them aired back up. Well here I am 3 days later back to my tire pressure light on. So I investigate and the same nail is in my tire. I have never had a problem with Discount Tire until now.
They cross threaded one of my studs and lug nut. They also broke one of my TPMS sensors and left my car unlocked in the parking lot with the window rolled all the way down. Took my poor car to the Honda dealership to fix it.
Had them replace tires on a 2019 ford f 250. Fist they rescheduled at the last minute. Next they switch tires from what we agreed on. Then they damaged all four wheels on the truck. To top it off all four wheels needed rebalanced a week later. Filed a claim on the wheels and it was denied. This has been our go to for a long time but no longer! Took it to 2 ford dealers both said damage, to a independent tire shop said damage!

kind and generous customer service
We have had several tires replaced by them. They always have fast great service. We had a tired replaced and it kept leaking so we finally got it in today to have the valve replaced. Once again outstanding service. Thanks for everything! *They also has tires in stock for my husband's car that every other place has to special order for a cheaper price.*
