Tim not only drafted the plan for my last home, he came in BEFORE the county inspector and pointed out some things immediately that needed to be addressed (that my builder did not catch), prior to county inspection. He is super thorough, understands engineering & building & has a fantastic eye for detail. I will definitely continue to use him for all my inspections!
