Martin Martinez, the salesman, took awesome care of me. He took the time to walk me through all options and made sure I took my time in making my decision to purchase. Mr.Jesse Cisneros, the Manager, made me feel welcome as he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure all my concerns were addressed! I definitely recommend ANYONE looking for a new vehicle to give this guys a chance first before going anywhere else.
After having a sour experience at another dealership nearby, Ab and Gerald took amazingly care of me from the start until the end. Process was smooth and I enjoy working with salesmen that upfront about every detail without witholding information. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to be a loyal customer of Tipotex!

Super mal servicio al cliente en cuestión de cuando llevas tu camioneta al servicio no te atienden pronto aunque tengas cita a veces tampoco te atienden te cambian la cita piensan que la gente no trabaja Y cuando se llevan tu camioneta ellos mismos a veces no te lo entregan el mismo día tienes que estar hablando hasta otro día para ver a qué hora te la pueden llevar a tu casa👎
Extremely disappointed with the Service department. Scheduled an appointment for car to be serviced and two and a half days later it still was not “diagnosed”. After confronting them they said they just haven’t found an issue but since I needed the car I could pick it up. Why would they let people take the car if they know something is wrong with it, instead of asking for a few more hours to find the “diagnosis”. Horrible service went in there and the salesman that we got basically told us that we were wasting his time by trying to negotiate a better price. Will never do business with this place again.
my mom experience today below, they say they have the safety of their customers first but really not putting it in practice. my mom is 87 years old, they should be ashamed of their service today Went to take my car for oil change after I waited since MAY the 5th for them to come and pick it up Well I got a text To go pick up my car that it was ready I guess they expected me to walk and And pick it up after they had told me they would bring it .
