A great big thank you to the everyone of you n mostly the service department!!! My 2017 Colorado is running fabulous!! It took a few days to get my vehicle back and as most people know, when little things happen n your without your vehicle for more than a day ... well I get cranky!!! Had a terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment in the morning and left it there 2 hrs early and no call all day after I called several times until I got a hold of them after 5pm and my car hasn't even been looked at. Plus the bad attitude when leaving the vehicle. Totally don't recommend it. At all.

Bother me for months to turn in my leased vehicle for a new one and so I make the time out of my schedule to go and be told “he’s busy right now on a phone call”. Not that he’ll be with me in a minute & have a seat but that”he’s busy”..... hmmmm ok. When I advise i wasn’t told I had to make and appointment but he’d accommodate my schedule....I’m told he’s our internet guy - his job is to bring people in and then dispersed.
