Working with Tina made outer first home buying experience easy! She did a wonderful job of staying in the criteria we wanted to meet and was able to branch out and show us thing that we may not have considered. Tina's always quick to respond if you have to leave a message or send an email and she is very honest when looking at home giving the buyer an idea of potential upgrades or issues to address. I highly recommend her!
Tina is a great relator. We decided to build a new house and she sold our existing house in 6 days. Very knowledgeable on the selling a home and was able to negotiate the price that we wanted.
Tina helped us find our dream home. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, she was also patient. We were very picky in choosing our house and Tina was very nice about it. We were first time home buyers and didn't quite understand the whole process of buying a house. Tina was there to explain every thing we asked and gave us tips we would have never thought of. She is a great agent!
Tina is the best real estate agent we could have asked for. She was always honest when showing us properties and we always felt comfortable telling her our our thoughts on a house. She was extremely knowledgable on the many different areas we looked, suggested things to look for, and truly made buying our first home a lot less stressful. Tina is truly a recomarkable person who cares about finding the right home, no matter what it takes.
Our experience with Tina was excellent. She is a wonderful agent. We told her what we were looking for and what we could afford and within 6 months of looking we found the home we always wanted. There was no pressure and she was always available and made time for us when I'm sure it wasn't always convient for her-so if and when you are ready to buy a home , please consider Tina for your agent because we couldn't have asked for anyone better
