Tina was great through the whole process of selling our old house and buying the new one concurrently. She moved very quickly when we found the house we wanted so that we could get in before anyone else. We would recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

I can't imagine trying to buy a house without Tina! She was extremely knowledgeable with everything, especially when walking through houses. She knew exactly what to look at! Tina helped me buy my home when I first moved to Pittsburgh. It was great to work with her again to buy a bigger home for my fiance and I as well as sell our current place. Tina was great to work with, was quick to answer our many questions, and always made time to help us and respond to the busy market. Tina was very knowledgeable about selling my home. She answered all my questions before going ahead with listing my home and helped me prepare my house to be able to get full market value on the home. I think she did an excellent job advertising my homes attributes to make it stand out to potential buyers. I had offers the same day I put it on the market and I think Tina had a lot to do with that.
Tina always went above and beyond for us while we were looking for our new home. In fact without Tina we would have never found the house we ended up buying. She knew what we were looking for and even though we sort of put the house search on hold she saw our new house listing and knew it was the house for us. All of the pieces fell into place and we could be more happy with Tina and our new home.
Tina made the ever so scary process of purchasing a home much easier for me. She broken everything down to a level I could easily understand. She was proactive and made sure I was comfortable with every decision before I actually made it.
