Tina is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. With her sound advice and negotiation skills, we were able to get just under asking price for our house, and put an offer in on a new home in under two weeks. After we closed on our house, my wife and I both agreed that we could not have had a better agent and person in our corner.
Tina was the perfect real estate agent for selling our old house of 25+ years. She gave excellent advice on how to prepare the house for a quick and profitable sale. In a local market where most houses took months to sell and often at a reduced price, ours sold in less than a month at essentially the asking price. Take her advice, follow her lead and you will come out ahead.
I used Tina not only to buy this house 5 years ago, but to sell it now as well. Tina was very quick to respond back with whatever questions I had on the process and anything in general. She is very knowledgeable and does very good, honest work. I would recommend her to anyone. She is personable and had such great qualities to work with.
Tina has a vast knowledge of the neighborhoods and amenities of the North Hills, but she's not opposed to trekking all over the Burgh to help you find the perfect home. Tina really took the time to help this out-of-towner figure out what kind of home I wanted and helped me narrow down my search area as well. She's incredibly responsive to email and fun to work with. I recommend her to all of my friends and family looking to relocate!
