Excellent specialized upper extremity care requiring surgery
Dr. Payer is efficient and knowledgeable. Both my husband and I have been treated by Dr. Pater and have been very satisfied. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very knowledgeable
It was a positive experience with office staff and Dr. Pater. I thought Dr. Pater had a lot of expertise and experience with shoulder replacements. He was very easy to talk to and spent time with me. He answered questions and made a plan with me. I was super impressed because I have had previous experiences that were not as positive. So, I am positive that Imy life will be much better after getting my shoulder fixed!
Generally very good advice about an injury. Very pleasant demeanor. I would have appreciated more advice about what I should hav done while the injury healed.

Would definitely recommend Dr Pater to anyone having shoulder or hand issues. He’s got great bedside and is on the issue, he cuts to the chase and I love that. Two shoulder surgeries with him and will see him again whenever there is something else!
