This was a new patient visit. I was told to expect about two hours, it took about one. Once I was called, testing and pre doctor visit went very smoothly and efficiently. Dr McLaughlin was attentive, thorough and explained things in a complimentary manner so that it was easy to understand.
I saw Dr. McLaughlin for evaluation of cataract surgery. He was very nice, explained things very well, and was very honest. My husband has used him so I had already met him. It was an efficient evaluation and his office staff is very nice as are his nurses. I highly recommend him.
Dr McLaughlin is always friendly and very thorough. He takes the time to figure out what's going on.
All staff members were polite and professional.

Thorough and professional
This surgeon really cares about the welfare of his patients. His expertise is above top-notch. He operated on the cataract on my right eye and I can see better than I have in my entire lifetime. I am seventy-four years old. His people truly care about the patients also. They are all excellent in their field. I could not rate this practice highly enough. Anyone would truly benefit from seeing Dr. McGloughlin.
Always enjoy the fact that I get in and out quickly.
