Overall really helpful program and I was there 4 months till completion. It’s hit or miss with some of the therapists and they have a high turnover so you may not be with the same therapist. This program definitely helped me overall but did leave me frustrated some days.
Overall, a good facility and welcoming environment. The van from housing to clinical is a bit too cramped, maybe consider purchasing a larger vehicle to transport patients. Also, the clinical and administrative staff is very heavily overworked. Please hire more staff! Otherwise, I have no complaints!
Time Wellness and their staffing were very helpful and supportive during my journey with severe depression and panic disorder. New changes have just improved the place even more and I would highly recommend this treatment facility to anyone with mental health or substance use challenges. They will help you through and be there for you after as well. Thank you Time 🩷🩷
What an amazing facility. Housing Clients are able to go to daily therapy, clincal outings, WEEKLY grocery cards, and even little field trips. My grandson went into this program in a very dark place. He kept up with his treatment plan and I am so proud of him. They helped get him a job. They helped him with court dates. They helped him get into a home. I thank Time Wellness with everything in me!
They lied about my graduation date and forced me to ACA. I was told this the day of my graduation. They messed up my medicine, scheduled an appointment over a month later, I faced serious side effects, and then they didn’t even take me to my appointment. They told others they were going to residential for two weeks and some haven’t came back in months. Housing is a joke, so is admissions.
