Kind and helpful! Brought in a watch for a battery change and they let me know it was actually the movement that had gone bad. Not only did they give me some options and helpful advice, but ultimately they didn't charge me anything despite having to open the watch up and inspect it. No one's time is free - so it was appreciated that they just delivered some old fashioned customer service. I'd recommend them and will gladly return.
Had a despair done on a chain, great work & great service from Hazel, she also cleaned my engaging while I was there. 😊👍
What a wonderful old-school shop with exceptional service. I took my Tissot in for a battery replacement and couldn’t have been happier. The service was fast, professional, affordable, and honest. I’m very particular about my watches, and they handled it with great care - not a single mark was left on it. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks again.
