It's the most biking friendly and FUN campground/resort ever! The staff is the nicest you'll meet! We are Mt. biking enthusiasts who enjoy camping here a few times a year whether it's for a race or not. Access to the trails right from your campsites makes it even more fun and easy! Sitting around the outdoor lodge fire pit with a cold or hot beverage is a favorite!

We had so much fun with our family of 3 staying in a cottage in April. The loft had two mattresses that were not very thick, but perfectly comfortable when we used them. The bigger bed in the bedroom was comfy too. I wouldn't have slept on the pull out in the living area as it felt pretty lumpy, but we didn't need to sleep there so no worries (just fyi if you have 5 people). Used to stay there with a camper in the early 80's, then in the 90's. Now been staying there in cabins. Very cool Park, probably nicest/cleanest private park in the State, always doing improvements. Beautiful area. Driving distance to everything, though the office/shop are typical camp ground stocked. Huge play ground areas. Feels very remote, hard to believe Traverse City is ten minutes away. We take the dogs because they love the place too. Plenty of walking!

Fantastic weekend! Suds N Snow is definitely the event of the winter in TC! Gordon, you are an amazing host! We stayed in a park model cabin and we were so pleased! Can't wait to come back for a visit in the summer!

The membership paid for itself on Christmas! Few places provide a tranquil yet nicely groomed XC ski trail. Timber Ridge also goes a long way in providing a great ski area for our local ski teams.
