I'm so sorry to hear that - did you alert the front desk to the problem? I would really like to hear more about your experience. If you can call the office and ask for a manager we would like to know how we can ensure that problems like this don't happen again.
It is a nice park but to make it a good park there are a few things that they might take into consideration. For example: if someone arrives 15 min early and their spot is vacated, don't just ignore them for 15 minutes and then right at 3 acknowledge that they are there. Not good PR. Also, pay to shower is a little extreme. I would rather pay a few dollars more and not have to take money with me to take a shower. In the least be up front about the charge. This was such a busy week with Cherry Festival, I sincerely hope you weren't ignored for such a long time, I know there were a lot of in and out movements that were like a dance as we choreographed everyone's arrival and departure, and I'm sorry that you felt that way. We use the pay shower system to help to ensure there is enough hot water for everyone in the park, and often give out tokens so people can use them for free. First learned of Timber Ridge in April 2016. I just purchased and had installed an awesome park model home in which I love! My daughters love the place and the dodgeball court rocks! Many thanks to Ella and Gordon for all you've done as well as the rest of staff, This is a great place to camp, live and just enjoy.
Great camping experience! Camped with family overall we had 2 full hookup sites and a cabin. We were all very happy with the grounds and accomodations. The staff was very friendly and helpful!The store was fun and conventient. The pool was great, kids loved the basketball hoop! The park was great for the younger kids as well. We also rented a golf cart which was fun for all! Couple things we would change....on our full hookup site the sewer was up hill...so we weren't really full hookup.
