What a fantastic stay, the front desk were so friendly and assisted us when we admitted we were first time campers and forgot to bring our air pumps! They set us up and the kids had a wonderful stay especially with that candy cannon! THANK YOU!
At check in nothing was explained, our site was circled but no directions were given. The employees were not friendly, the sites are to small and to close together. The pools closes at 9pm (really), the pool was cold. it was not a great experience.
I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews online but I am so glad I decided to bring my family here for our summer camping trip this year. We are having the best time. I don't have anything bad to say about the campground. Thanks for helping us make great memories!!!

We love Timber Ridge. The last 2 winters we have rented 3 cabins and spent quality time with our kids and grandkids/ (Ages3-20)/ xcountry skiing, playing games and just enjoying each other.

Thank you so much for making me like camping!! My family loved staying in the cabins. Perfect for us bc we dont like "camping" but wanted my kids to experience it. It was perfect. 4 nights was not long enough but next year we will stay longer. Thanks again for giving my kids the experience they needed

I don't mind paying for a shower (two quarters for five minutes) since the sign posted on the bathroom door specifies a HOT shower for everyone due to the quarter system. However, that's not always the case. I could understand lukewarm water during peak camping season when all sites are full, but not when there's hardly anyone at the campground and definitely not after the restrooms have been cleaned and no one has used the showers for at least an hour. We have been working hard over the last few weeks to install a hot water on demand system in order to alleviate this problem, and will inform our maintenance crew that it still needs some tweaking. Nice park, however we paid for full hook-up with sewer. We had problems with the power tripping (on both our site and our friends) and woke up this morning to a lake of sewage on our sites and a few in the same row. The sewer was overflowing and and pouring out the drain in the ground. We had to hook up and pull into a different site to dump. The people in the office didnt seen to sympathetic to the situation. We have to call to complain and request a discount.
