Tim was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process of selling our home and buying a new one. As he follows through on everything you ask of him, we couldn't have asked for better.
Tim recently helped us attempt to purchase a home. While it may seem odd that I would offer such a high rating for an outcome that did not result in us purchasing a home, I feel that working with a commission-based professional who excels at his job even as it becomes clear that a purchase decision is unlikely gives one a really valuable perspective.
