Charity was AMAZING. Could not have had a better agent. She went so far out of her way to make my buying experience perfect. We ran into a few bumps and she was there every step taking care of every detail. Charity was very resourceful and had many contacts in her network that helped with the home buying process.

Charity Fishburn is absolutely the best in Missouri. She is a people person and when house hunting she listened to what we had to say. She didn't try and show us houses we couldn't afford. we've made a new lifetime friend.

I am a first home buyer, I was lucky enough to find her, she is very pleasant to work with. After told what kind of house we were looking for, she gave me a list of them. She sent me a new list almost every day, and help me pick out the best option. Because this is our first home, we kind of skeptical about it, poor her, she had to show us al least 20 houses before we found ours. Charity is awesome! She helped me buy my first home and kept me from doing anything stupid. She made the process easy. She setup all the inspections and got everything done so we could close quickly.

Charity spent hours upon hours of time with us looking for the perfect first home. She always went out of her way for us in our search and in finding out any questions we had for the homes we had interest in. She was very quick in returning phone calls and emails. She also helped us with the contract amendments and offered suggestions for that. I highly recommend Charity Fishborn!

Charity helped us buy our new home and sell the old one. We had not bought a home since 1986. She guided us through each process with ease. Over the years there had been many changes in buying and selling and she helped us through it painlessly. She sold our home in 3 days.

Last year (2015) Tim helped me tremendously as I had been deciding to stop renting and buy a house. While other circumstances preventing me from doing this, Tim's help was exceptional. He greatly helped me to understand the fine print, so to speak, when is comes down to knowing the in and outs of buying. Even though I am still renting, I will definitely seek out Tim's advice and services when the day comes that I buy my first house.
