I'm very grateful for Scott helping me sell my home during the pandemic. Some people said it wasn't worth trying, but I had a positive mindset about selling and Scott jumped right on it with no fear! Lindsay is amazing! She was very helpful in getting our first home. She handled so much for us, all we had to do was say what times worked for us and she would get us an appointment to see a house. We both were working full time and she was willing to see homes after we got off, which made it super easy for us. Lindsay was super helpful during the home buying process! She was always available when we had questions and helped us through every step. One thing I really appreciated was that she wasn't pushy. She would let us take our time to make a decision rather than pressuring us to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. It was clear that she puts her clients needs first!
My previous experience regarding selling a home was unfortunate and left me with a bitter taste. However, Katherine was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL in sell our home. It sold on day 1 AND she got us the appraised value of our home-leaving my wife and I feeling very well served. She made the process and easy as it could be, replied quickly to our inquiries, served our interests extremely well, and was a pleasure to work with.
Beth was honest, friendly, and fun. Never met her before but got hooked to her after our first showing with her. Beth was someone we could trust. Beth was available to meet with us around our crazy schedules. She made the buying home process less stress. We looked at several houses and dropped many bids and she stood by our side all the way. Our process took 4 months and by the end of the process I think of Beth as more than just an agent.

She walked two miles with us one time while we were scheduled to look at two nearby properties, like in the sweltering heat. Don't ask her to do this again but suffice to say she's pretty serious about accommodating her clients.
Beth was very knowledgeable about the real estate purchasing process, which has changed quite a bit in the past 27 years since we last purchased a home. Beth was a lot of fun to work with and helped us to keep our stress level under control as we struggled through five offers not accepted. She was right and in the end, we found the perfect house. I would work with Beth again--maybe in 27 more years!
Beth did an incredible job helping me sell my house at the Lake of the Ozarks. She thoroughly explained the importance of having great pictures and how she determined a fair asking price. I always knew when there were showings and as we began dealing with offers, she was fiercely protective of my best interest. I couldn't have asked for better service and ended up with a much better offer than I anticipated when I first contacted her.
