Each place had its ups and downs, of course, but Beth's knowledge about what to look for and what to watch out for was so helpful. Lindsay had offers to buy our home within a day or two of becoming our realtor. Had an open house right away and when our first buyers fell off she got right back on it and had three interested parties within another few days. She is a very professional realtor who connects with her clients and works very hard to sell their home. This young lady was always available to answer our questions or address our concerns. I would recommend her to anyone selling a home in the KC area.
