My husband and I built a home with Tim O'Brien Homes in 2013. We absolutely enjoyed the process. Our process went very smoothly. The home was well constructed and designed. In fact when selling it last year we could resist buying another Tim O'Brien Home and again we are very happy with the construction and easy living floor plan.
Excellent experience and superb product! Never having built a home before I was concerned about selecting a neighborhood, picking a lot and designing a house. Every step of the way I had TOH team members I could turn to for help. Jamie Jesse as my construction manager was constantly in touch with me and sent me pictures of each step in the process as I was out of town when the house was built.
