0 they were unprofessional, wasted wood they charged me for, charged me 14,00 for a one story house, didn't replace installation. Had to come back cause my roof was still leaking. Tried to talk reason with them had no choice but to have a curse put on them
Had tried 3 times before to replace roof after hail storms. Always, denied. Then Sylvester came to our door, and the magic began to happen. Not only did he cut through the ridiculous paper work, but also got our gutters and downspouts replaced. The only thing that precluded a timely project completion was our insurance company. Outstanding employee, outstanding job.
They did a great job. Very good person and especial Cesar. I speak no perfect English and he help me a lot. Thanks Global.
Samson Yunus was excellent as he navigated a difficult claim with my insurance company. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never gave up! The team of installers were above expectations…..they worked as a team. My roof is beautiful …a lasting reminder of a successful experience with an outstanding company.
BEWARE BEWARE RIPOFF ARTISTS ROLANDO WILL DO THE WHOLE PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND DELIVER LOW SHODDY UN PROFESSIONAL HORRIBLE WORK. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING AND THEN CHANGE TERMS ON YOU ONCE YOU AGREE. LEFT DEBRIS AND UNFINISHED WORK. HAD TO GET STATE FARM INVOLVED FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE EXTERIOR. Our sales representative, Rolando was excellent. Every time I needed to speak with him, he responded or came to our house the same day. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crews were very professional. One of the owners was onsite one day just to make sure all went well. Met another owner via Zoom, just because. Worked very well with our insurance company to keep our out of pocket costs down. Highly recommend to anyone needing new roof/gutters.
Global Adjusting team did a good job on my house for roof replacement. Sam and his team helped to see the project end to end. That was a big plus this team brought to the table in terms of working with inspector, insurance firm, ordering material, scheduling job including final inspection and paperwork. Overall a job well done.
