Don’t waste your time or money with these inept condescending liars. Zia Homes was a great disappointment. During construction, I brought to their attention a completely flawed and inadequate job done to the master bathroom and they said they would take care of it. And I periodically reminded them of the error and still they did nothing to remedy the issue. As we got closer to the closing date, they then attempted a correction, but their “fix” made it worst.
