Bought my house in 2014, first week the masterbath shower basin leaked. They did fix it. Then started to notice after a year later that the up stairs floor boards started to sound like the floor boards were not screwed down, sounded like the plywood was cupping and could hear the ply bounce and hit. The carpet was just laid down and not stretched. Now 2017 the bathroom drywall ceiling joints are not secured along a beam so now the ceiling is falling at the seems in both bathrooms. Horrible Experience!! Please stay away from this builder. Once they received my earnest money they went ghost on me. I was lied to about estimated time of completion and amenities the home would have. When I asked for my $500 earnest money back they had the audacity to keep it. By all means go with this builder if you want to be ripped off.
