He is knowledgeable, responsive, attentive to details and goes above and beyond in ways I've never experienced in more than 8 house purchases. He is an extraordinary agent and great person! I can't recommend Tim highly enough.
Tim worked with us to downsize, purchase a new home and sell our home of 20+ years. He was always available and helpful evaluating resale properties we considered buying. Our current home was older and we appreciated his input and marketing and we sold at first open house.
