This has to be the worse Tims ever. Zero customer service, worst quality of food and drinks (both hot and cold). The majority of staff is kinda weird, working only to get paid and consider it a sin to provide quality food or some good service. All above is said by experience and multiple visits.

Bagel was hard stale.Donut was not fresh.Coffee was burnt 3 for 3
Today I went for ice coffee when ordering,I clearly told 2-3 ice cubes and I got a cup full of ice when I told her she said ok and gave me this half cup of coffee.Better to get drinks from across the street…
