I recently visited Tim Hortons and wanted to share my experience. While the staff was friendly, I found the service to be a bit slow during my visit. Unfortunately, my wait was made more uncomfortable when I noticed flies buzzing around the small donut tray. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but the response was simply a smile, which didn’t address my concern. I appreciate the efforts of the team, but I believe improvements in service speed and cleanliness are necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.
Studies have shown that the disposable paper cups used at Timmies can release dangerous chemicals and microplastic particles intro beverages due to their plastic lining. This is a googleable FACT backed by multiple scientific studies. What my qualm is: Why is this the ONLY location that refuses to put WATER in a plastic cup and demands it be a paper one? Employees are busy but they maintain smiling and having fun. My order is perfect (loaded bowl, crispy chicken). I will recommend this location to my friends.
I asked for Chili bowl and Bread, they gave me Curry and Naan.
