There were pieces of plastic in my Double Double coffee, and I accidentally drank them. Very dirty, Tim Hortons!
I ordered a medium hot almond latte and was disappointed to find the cup half empty. I had to point it out myself, and only then did the staff top it up — which caused an unnecessary delay. The drink should have been made correctly from the start. To make things worse, the cup lid had a strange, unpleasant smell — almost like eggs or something sour. There is Indian guy he is always take money from customers 2 time most people they have cash and they dont no english and they are charging them 2 time
The staff is distracted, slow and incompetent. This whole place needs to be revamped. They cannot understand basic instructions.
