Hands down the slowest Tim Hortons in HRM and that's saying something nowadays. When you have to wait over 15 minutes for just a black coffee is craziness. Three staff working at making coffees and still that slow. Guess I'll try the mobile order system for a simple black coffee 🙄
Just got him from the worst encounter I’ve had at Tim Hortons in a while. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 coffees, a pizza. A donut and garlic bread. We got both drinks pretty quickly and received the pizza a few minutes later, after 10 more minutes of waiting we explain that we only received half our order. I am sure the folks behind the counter are working their hardest, but the franchisee failing to hire enough staff to be able to produce a simple triple-triple in any less than 10 minutes at morning rush hour renders this restaurant nearly useless. On many occasions despite ordering well ahead through the app I have had to give up on receiving my food or drink, after paying in the app, because if I keep waiting however long it will take to make a basic coffee I will miss my ferry to work.
