This location has been out of stock in several of their different sandwich products during the large majority of the times I have been here. This is loss of potential profit for Time Hortons, and loss of customer satisfaction. Lose Lose.
They get my order right most of the time, but whenever they get it wrong it's usually to my benefit (bacon+sausage instead of just one or the other, etc.), so the bad orders are mostly overshadowed. My main gripe with this location is one of the managers. I commonly do work near the Tim's, and I usually overhear the manager belittling her employees whenever she's there. Very good
I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter. 30 minutes later they gave me a plain bagel NOT toasted with no butter. The bagel was just bread. So i nicely asked them to toast it a little more. Then they remade my bagel but burnt it to the crisp.
