Had a little incident with incorrect items with them but they handled it famously and were very kind and open to different solutions to better suit my preferences and that speaks volumes to how they do actually care
Literally less than half an hour ago I ordered a BLUEBERRY muffin and they gave me a nut filled? or pecan? muffin without telling me. That person could kill somebody with a nut allergy and should be investigated on why they thought that was okay because as a food service worker myself that is NEVER okay. I’ve given this place high reviews before but that’s insane to replace a fruit muffin with nuts without warning or asking, while nuts being one of the most common allergens.
