this has been the closest Tims to my home for the past 5 years, and without a shadow of a doubt Debbie has provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Really disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons today. I paid full price for my customised bagel order, but all I received was a bagel with just chipotle sauce and butter—nothing else that I actually ordered. This is not acceptable, especially when customers are paying for a complete meal. Please ensure orders are checked properly before handing them out. Customers deserve what they pay for.
