1 star Very Poor Customer Service from Anita I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff member Anita was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt completely ignored and disrespected during my visit. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and she acted like she didn’t want to be there or deal with customers at all. Very disappointing service today. The employee, Anita (or Aneeta), seemed upset and unapproachable from the moment I walked in — no smile, just a visibly annoyed expression. I was served a coffee that tasted like water, and when I politely asked for a replacement, she raised her voice and kept repeating, “What do you want? What do you want?” Extremely unprofessional behavior. This is not the Tim Hortons experience we’ve come to expect. Please bring back the friendly and respectful service we used to know.
Sugantha is doing a great job her sincere work is amazing because of her I am coming to this restaurant she promote me bucket tim bits which my kid happy no tim Hortons staff promote me which is worth of money highly satisfied of her service I love her sincere hard work highly satisfied this restaurant 💝
