The store Manager has some sort of devised method of keeping the drive thru lines frozen for periods of time while lineups begin to back up and block other business traffic flow. Of course there is no explanation that’s reasonable. It’s easy to fix, corporate needs to look into franchisee’s philosophy of keeping customers (the heart and some of their revenue) needs of quick service first and not be exposed to possible arguments with other drivers in the parking lot trying to get to where they need to be!
