I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons location for the past few days, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The drive-thru is extremely slow, with the line barely moving and wait times far longer than what’s reasonable for a quick stop. On my most recent visit, I waited so long that I decided to go inside instead—only to find that the issue was a clear shortage of staff. My husband and I went around 1:30am on Wednesday March 18th to order our coffee and once we were at the window my husband's cup was different from mine since he ordered the large size and I ordered the medium size. Since the Roll up Promotion isn't over yet until the 22nd of March we asked if he can get the medium size cup and she said we had to pay 10cents so we were giving her the dime but she wanted to give us a regular cup not the one that had the roll up.
