I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. There were flies all over the donut display, and when I brought it to the staff member’s attention, my concern was ignored. I had to repeat myself and ask again for the tray to be removed because there were flies on the food. The response I received was that they were not allowed to pull the tray out. Very disappointing experience. I stopped by around 6:30 p.m., and they were out of almost everything—no cookies, no croissants, no Timbits, and several other bakery items were unavailable. It honestly made me wonder what the point of being open 24/7 is if the most basic menu items aren’t stocked during the evening. I understand that items can sell out, but having so many essentials unavailable at the same time is unacceptable. This is my first time rating a tim’s but I have to say this location did an amazing job this evening. They were well organized the place was clean and the staff were so friendly. My order was taken and I got my food in no time and it was so fresh!
