I live nearby and have given this Tim Hortons many chances, but unfortunately, the experience is consistently disappointing. I can overlook the general lack of cleanliness and the crowd of loiterers outside — that’s not the main issue. The real problem is the staff’s lack of basic knowledge and attention to orders. They don’t seem to know the difference between cream and milk, or what “one sugar” means — they just add however much they want. I’ve never faced this problem at any other Tim location.
