3 PM on a Tuesday, 3 people standing around chatting (distracting the people actually doing work) while there are a group of customers waiting for their orders. However, they are normally quick to make my order when there are no other customers. I just find it rather bizarre that they only stand around chatting when it’s actually busy for a change.
Ordered the grilled cheese melt. The cheese slices sitting there as it is. Also every time You place a mobile order with the bakery item. You have to ask them for the food because they don’t care about completing your pick up order, and make you wait 15-20 minutes for a croissant.
I was very disgusted, when I came to the hospital for a CT scan and the server was Caucasian and 3 other brown staff was present. Hospital policy is English, they were very load. I spoke with the supervisor on duty she was arrogant and rude stating that if the Caucasian staff does not have a problem with it then it is not a problem. I will definitely reach out to patient relations on this rudeness. Today is June 5th, 2026 at 8.45
