Everytime I make a mobile order here certain products are out of stock are still on the menu! Like last time made an order on mobile my drinks were ready but not the food/donut how hard is it to grab a donut or a croissant for an order had to wait 5mins or more till I got my food. One time I ordered a cold brew but they told me were out. Worst tims imho
I had a very pleasant experience with Jaskaran while he was working at the food counter. I had been waiting for approximately ten minutes for my cookie, and while no one else had noticed, Jaskarn was attentive and promptly assisted me. He was polite, professional, and highly focused on his work. What impressed me most was his kindness and humility. Waited ~15 minutes from the time of ordering to receiving my order of a coffee and donut. One person deals with a queue of 10+ drinks while the rest of the staff (like cashier) stands and watches awkwardly as the waiting area clogs up with people waiting for their order. This place needs an internal review of how they operate
This Tim’s is truly the best! I truly appreciate Sheri and her customer service, and when I walk up to the counter she automatically knows my order! Thank you Sherri and everyone else who works here!
I'm a regular at this little Tim Horton's in Etobicoke General and I have to say it is small but busy! All the staff are welcoming and friendly, always rocking a smile on their face. Sherry is very kind and always makes my drinks to perfection!
